Giving a customer a login

In Settings → Add user, choose the Customer role and pick the customer company. Customer logins are free and unlimited. They see:

• their jobs, with status and completion reports
• quotes to accept or decline
• stock orders and courier requests, if you use the Warehouse module
• a message thread with your office on each order

They never see other customers, your costs, or anything about your team.

Your slug is shown in Settings. Link to that page from your website, or post your own form to the endpoint:

Each submission becomes a lead in the Sales module and your admins get an email. Submissions are rate-limited and checked for bots, so the form can be public.
